Sticky Notes LLC is a Louisville-area real estate company that buys houses directly from owners in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We focus on the properties that are hard to sell the usual way.
Hi, I'm Hunter.
I started this company to help families who are stuck with a house they can't easily sell. A lot of my work is with inherited homes, heirs and title problems. I'll give you a straight answer, put the offer in writing, and do the legwork to get it closed.
Families and owners in situations like these.
We tell you what we can pay and why, and when listing might get you more.
Every offer and every agreement is written down so there are no surprises at closing.
Heirs, probate, liens and back taxes. We coordinate with the title company and attorneys so you don't have to.
Fast when you need fast, and patient when your family needs time.
To give homeowners a fair, simple and respectful way out of a difficult property, and to bring neglected houses in our community back to life.
Louisville and Jefferson County, the surrounding Kentucky counties, and Southern Indiana. If you're not sure we cover your area, call (502) 890-9072.
It's free, there's no obligation, and you'll talk to a local person, not a call center.
